GOAL 1: INCREASE THE NUMBER OF BENEFICIARIES
Objective 1: Expand our reach to more regions in Nigeria by partnering with local schools and organizations.
Objective 2: Increase the number of scholarships awarded annually by 50%.
Objective 3: Develop a mentorship program for beneficiaries to ensure their continued academic success.
GOAL 2: DEVELOP A SUSTAINABLE FUNDING MODEL
Objective 1: Establish partnerships with corporate organizations and government agencies to secure funding for our programs.
Objective 2: Create a fundraising plan to encourage individual and corporate donations.
Objective 3: Develop a sustainability plan for the foundation's long-term financial stability.
GOAL 3: STRENGTHEN OUR IMPACT
Objective 1: Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and identify areas for improvement.
Objective 2: Develop a monitoring and evaluation framework to track the progress and success of our beneficiaries.
Objective 3: Establish partnerships with other organizations to provide additional resources and support to our beneficiaries.
GOAL 4: EXPAND OUR PROGRAM OFFERINGS
Objective 1: Develop a vocational training program to provide beneficiaries with practical skills for employment.
Objective 2: Establish a community outreach program to engage with local communities and raise awareness about the importance of education.
Objective 3: Expand our ICT program to include advanced courses in programming, coding, and robotics.
GOAL 5: ENHANCE ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY
Objective 1: Develop a human resource plan to attract and retain talented staff members
Objective 2: Implement a performance management system to ensure staff accountability and productivity.
Objective 3: Establish a knowledge management system to capture and share best practices within the organization.
